long time i havent been on this post how we all doin?
after 2 cycle under my belt im back once againg after a long rest period from steriods, not training!
my 1st cycle was sust 500mg per week for 10 weeks
my 2nd was enathate 250mg and deca 200mg per week and dbol for 10 weeks ran dbol 4 three weeks and of course PCT
and have had good results, mind u i say good not excellent as i did the typical neewbie mistake of not eating properly(i know dumb ass dont point it out pls)
but now i want to go on my 3rd cycle which i was thinking about for a long time now 1st i want to explain my diet then my training style and then my proposed cycle;
DIET
First meal, 7 am:
8 oz. oatmeal
0.6 1 skim milk, 0.3% fat
0.2 1 orange juice
3 oz. grapes
Second meal, 10.30 am:
10 oz, whole wheat bread
4 oz. cheese, 12% fat
0.51 kefir milk
1 banana
Third meal, 2.00 pm:
8 oz. brown rice
10 oz. chicken
5 oz. vegetables
Fourth meal, 5.30 pm
5 whole eggs
16 Oz. baked potatoes
Mixed salad
Fifth meal, 9,00 pm:
7 oz. cottage cheese
7 Oz. whole wheat bread
1 oz. peanut buffer
1 apple, approx. 4 oz.
0.2 1 orange juice
+
protein shake 1st thing in morning and straight after training
multi-V every day

i belive this is an excellent source of nutirents and source of muscle building fuel, if any one has any suggestions pls feel free too make an comments.
TRAINING
the method of training i am going to use is super high intensity, very high weights with correct form of course, which im going to split in to 1 body part per day any suggestions more than welcome.
STERIODS
ANADROL 50mg per day
test enanthate 250mg per WEEK
deca 200mg per WEEK
Nolvadex 20mg per day
Proviron 50mg per day
and of course PCT clomid therapy
