At 165 you could actually take the test down to 400 and have good results. If you have been training for 3 years and you are only 165 you may want to bump the carbs and protien.

Thats good, you could be a hard gainer but since its your first hit the test at 400mgs. Eq at 300mgs - you just don't want the eq to be more than the test. Min. 400 carbs a day. Its not hard just make all 4 whole food meals 100 carbs each and 2 weight gainers a day and you'll be good.

I do, whats your diet like now? I do 4 whole food meals where I get 50-60g protein and 100g carbs and I add 2 Heavyweight Gainers by Champion Nut. (at 10 and 3 while I'm at work) and a myoplex for right after my wo. I down that before I leave the gym.

More carbs. Way more. Do you think oatmeal, a banana, and bread will do it? You got counting grams of protein down. In order to bulk properly, you HAVE to know grams of carbs also.
