Hi, I was wondering if after the loading phase do I have to drink as much water? If I don't how much water would you recomend to take each day?
And what would you reccomend to stack with creatine to get better results? Thanks for any advice.

Most of the people on here will probably recommend at least a gallon a day. If you're drinking that much or more I am sure you'll be all right. Mark
