    reading my a** off, need tips for 1st cycle

    35 years old
    6' 4"
    240lbs
    17% body fat

    240-300gms protein daily
    some prohormone use
    4 day training split ( I train hard!! )

    want to make some gains and want them to last. quick in, quick out is the plan.
    need help from the bro's on this forum so I dont need to ask a series of dumb questions.

    the best first user cycle is...

    wk 1-12 test enath 400-500mg (split into twice a week)
    wk 15-18 clomid
    wk 1-18 nolva 10mg ed

    you will be very happy with the results

    I would add some more protein especially while your on gear. I consume 450g and i only weigh 185 pounds.

    250mg Enan E4D 10-12wks
    .25mg L-dex + 10mg Nolva ED throughout cycle

    Clomid/Nolva combo for PCT(post cycle therapy) 100mg + 20mg for 30 days

    Excellent ideas from the bros, but i would suggest:

    Fina (tren)- 6 weeks 100mgs/Eod
    Test Prop - 8 weeks 100mgs/Eod

    Clomid/Novaldex on hand - If you can get around giving yourself a shot every other day this is a very nice cycle...Chances are you will keep your gains and I'm telling you...It's good ****...Add a high calorie diet, with your protein i'd see you close to 300lbs no prob...

    BTW: throw your prohormones out, They are not worth it...

    Nope, Pheednos is a much better cycle. First it is best to use only one compound in a first cycle and also eveery day sticks for your first run is no good.

    As for a quick in and out, once you start you'll want more. I was the same, mid 30's, good shape, wanted to add 15 lbs or so. I added 24 on my first cycle and was hooked from there.

    test cyponate 400 mgs wks 1-10

    500mg week of test enathate. every 4th dayand pct on hand nolva and clomid.

    Ok...make it a second cycle idea...Some sort of test, cyp, enth, run it one shot every 4 days, I'd throw at least dbol in, 30mgs and then follow up with PCT...

    Good times with that one...

    Bro,

    Do not go under 500mg of test a week.Just an opinion from a guy in his thirties too. Like other said at 6'4 240, just keep simple and get some good human grade test like primoteston and inject 250mg 2x a week. Next cycle can use other substances. Eat 400-500 grams of protein for your size. 4000 calories to bulk up.... Good luck bro.....

    Well Im 34 and prett much the same. After asking questions here Ive decided on the following.

    10-12 week cycls.

    400mg Test prop
    250-300mg Deca

    Followed by Clomid for 5 weeks after.
    And Ill be doing some Clenbutyrol to help burn off some of the fat I may accumulate get from eating so much.

    Yes, your protein intake seems a little low. At least 3gm per Kg of body weight is needed and perhaps more. Thus you should be looking in the range of 400-500gm per day. If you start balooning up cut back but once you start to grow your muscles are gonna crave it.
