Includes a 24yr old Japanese guy weighing 74,60 kilos (164,3 lbs.) who benches 250 kilograms (550,70 lbs.), WOOOOW. I'd like to know what he's using!!

It's a crappy gym.
actually, according to calculations I can throw up 330 once. I have a bad rotator cuff from a winny cycle last summer so I try not to go higher than the 275. I have a feeling I will blow past that not too far from now. 900lbs? Good lord.


I can't wait for 6 weeks from now. 50mg var along with being on test e for 10 weeks, eq for 6 and tren for 4, I should be reppin 315. I went to a link last night and found I can 1 max 330. I not cock strong though like some. My chest is big but just not strong you know? Screw heavy stuff though, I am with TSW. My rotator has had it pretty bad. I usually short myself a couple reps for fear of injuring my self again. I seldom go heavy on incline. 225 is about as high as I go usually. Maybe I should run some deca. 200mg a week should do me okay?
