Just wondering, my MRP shakes state that the 42 g of protien is made up of mostly Whey protien's.
Is there still a reason for me to have Whey shakes themselves, or am I getting the same benefits from the MRP's with Whey protien in it?

Only real difference is MRP has some carbs and usually some vits and minerals. Whey is just whey, other than protien not nutrional value
MRP-Meal Replacement... enough said? Should only be used if necessary.
Whey protein- straight up whey protien. Big waste. Go eat a steak.
