Wuts up, i jus signed on to AR today and im looking for some help!!
I'm 5'5" at 175 lbs. I have about 12% - 14% bodyfat
I've been training for over two yrs now and I'm lookin to take Eq by itself for my first cycle. I have nov on hand. Im not lookin to get much bigger but i do want to get stronger and i want to be real solid. I know eatin has a lot to do with it but i plan on starting eq in about two wks. Im not sure how I should take the Eq though. Ive been reading and I haven't seen anything on how much to take and how often. If anyone can give me some advice i would really appreciate it.
