I was reading some diet advice from Jay Cutler and Kevin Levrone in this months M&F. (Granted, I don't listen to any diet/training advice w/o consulting the little ~SC~ devil and angel in my concious.) Both say when cutting they don't up their fats. All cutting diets I see on these boards say otherwise. However, these guys do get pretty **** shredded. Who's right? Or, dose it just depend on your own body???
