Hey I don't have a lot of knowledge of proper diet; however I am training hard and want to know a little bit more about what I am eating and how it is affecting my body. I am currently lifting 5 days a week and want to start losing a but of fat while adding some quality muscle (jsut like everybody else I'm sure) THis is a sample diet of what I would eat in a day, feel free to tear it apart, I'm sure it's brutal but I would like to know what to change. Keep in mind that I eat at a cafeteria ev day because I am a student at university.
Meal 1
1 english muffin
8 hardboiled eggs (3 whole, 5 whites)
2 glass of milk (Very small glasses)
2 glass of cranberry juice (Very small glasses)
Protein Shake
Meal 2
Turkey breast (huge pile) with tomatoes and sometimes melted cheese
Chick peas with diced tomatoes and cucumbers with balsamic vinegrette dressing
2 glass of milk (Very small glasses)
2 glass of cranberry juice (Very small glasses)
Workout
Protein shake
Meal 3 (pretty much same as 2)

I also take glutamine 3-4 times a day and drink a lot of water.
