im currently at approaching week 6 with test cyp and im confident my diet and training are sorted. i havent noticed any changes to this point. i monitor both my strength and wieght quite closely and wopuld notice any prominent changes. my wieght is still the same and my strength hasnt increased significantly to the point where i would attribute it to anything other than training diet and rest.
so what are your experiences with time taken for test to kick in?
