    Question Anyone know a good meal replacement?

    Ive been trying a few meal replacemants and eating my ass off. I need something that might help me gain weight. Ive tried opti-pro, lean muscle, and meso-tech. Im stuck at 198. This is the most ive ever weighed. im 6'4'' and been working out hard for 9 months. Im also taking winny. any good advice?

    pro lab lean mass matrix tastes awessome, fills you up really nicely, is cost efficient and gets its carbs from whole grains NOT sugar.
