I just finished a 10 week cycle of test enan 500 mg a week, and im wondering when to start post cycle therapy. some people are saying 1 week after last shot, others are saying 2, and some have even siad 3. any thoughts on this? also i used nolva and letrozole during my cycle, how should i continue these during post cycle therapy?

2 weeks after last test shot. run the nolva at 20mg/day throughout the pct. or you could run 40mg nolva first day and 30 after that

i would go 2wks after last shot.
the test will still be active in your body for that long after your last inject.

thanks, any thoughts on the letrozole? i had some puffy nips before doing my cycle, and i managed to prevent them from getting bigger. i was thinking i may try and treat it if i can after i was done. any thoughts on how much letrozole and nolva to take when trying to "treat" your puffy nips?

take 20mg ed during pct, even take 40mg ed untill the puffyness goes away. then back down to 20mg ed.

Sorry bro ,your not correct on the cyp,it's 2 wks........test e half life is 10-11 days,cyp is 12-13 days..........
