The answer to these is hard to give, it varies for a few different reasons.
A) ToeNail Clipping : dependent upon size of toe, which actual toe, net weight of fungal matter, any "jam" underneath contributing caloric intake not desired.
B) Boogers: dependent upon specific booger cluster, that is, is it one big booger, or a small array of tiny little ass boogers spun into one big ass booger? Texture, density, and color, will all be tell tale signs of the said boogers nutritional value.
