post cycle therapy: time back on when?

Reason why I'm askinf is simply beacuse i usually follow my post cycle therapy aand usually take almost double time off, for example:
i just finished aN 8 WEEK CYCLE OF 250MG TEST PER WEEK, AND 250MG OF DECA, very very mild dose and i like it this way, but......I seem to be anxious to start again, so my question is:
- do you count time off from the last day of your post cycle therapy (PCT)?
- or: do you count time off begining with the first day of PCT?
