Yea, someone passed that shit off on me in a fairly low dose. It was supposed to be winny, but the bastards evidently thought it more cost effective to just stick some test in there. I was an ameteur at the time (still am lol) and was "trying" to take winny by itself. This was all pre AR.com obviously. Anyway, one of the many joys I experienced was hardly being able to walk after a couple quad injections. I was injecting daily cause I thought it was winny and thinking "winny's not supposed to hurt this bad." Anyway, I feel your pain bro. Hope you at least get a laugh out of this and maybe stay away from the quad area. Good luck.
