yesterday marked the end of week three and it was by far the best workout i have had in a long while. so far my body weight has gone from 194 up to 207. my strength is also going up tremendously fromweeks one and two. i hit a personal best on bench press and on db incline press. i was so pumped i lost my track of time and lifted for over 2 1/2 hours whick i normally dont have the energy to do. i cant wait to hit the gym again. i owe alot to all of you who have posted in the past bc i gained countless knowledge threw this board.
