we're pretty much in the same boat. im just about 19, trying to get down 8% BF.. i went 4 weeks, super clean eating, no cheating, strict cardio, strict training etc..
dropped 10 lbs of FAT and added some lean mass..
but recently it's been hell trying to go one day without eating ****.
i dont think you need to rely on supplements, use your mind as the greatest supplement to your program..
this may sound gay, retarded.. whatever, i dont care but i am going to give it a try and i can definatly see this working.
im going to get myself a small note book and right down my goal for the month. than every day, when i wake up, i am going to write down my goal for the day.. and before i goto bed, i am going to write down my goals.. every single day.. when i get the chance i am also going to write down if i got cravings, if so.. what food, and what did i do to stop them or control them
i know all to well about that binging and getting bloated to hell like adding 2-3 inches on the gut
