if you stop lifting, stop juicing, stop eating, and run ten miles a day, you'll lose a lot of muscle, muscle is hard to put on, easy to lose, whether your on juice or not
Doing lots of cardio will burn muscle as well as fat. You will lose some size, sorry.![]()
