40 - 60 mg till signs start to subside. Then back it down to 20mg for a month after.

I always use 20mg ED until gyno subsides. More is suggestable. If you are prone to gyno you might want to run 10mg through out your cycle or even combo Dex with Nolva at .25 mg ED with 10mg Nolva for an anti-armotizer as well as an estrogen blocker. It is also suggestable to sagurate the system days before a cycle with dosages of nolva to keep gyno in check.

I'd use 60mg ED until symptoms go away and then 20mg throughout the cycle and PCT.
