I am about to order some more portein and i was thinking about getting the "pro rated" protein off the site. Has anyone used it? If so how much glutamin and other amino acids are contain? Do you guys recommend this stuff?

~5g or so of glutamine/scoop i think. i highly recommend the pro-rated. great value and quality
you can always modify the content of your shakes. i do with creatine/glut/flax/dextrose depending on time of day....

Pro rated is a great protein with great quality and even better value. 38 bucks for 10 lbs? are you f-ckin kidding me?
Also, Isn't it bad to take glut and whey in the same shake as the whey peptides and glut fight for the receptors?

tastes dam good too...though i wont knock pro-rated cuz i've heard nothing but good things....i like all the whey for their isolate...very very cheap compared to an isopure or something like that.Originally Posted by tbosley1
