Hi i'm new to this forum.
I was planning on running clen and was wondering on the amounts of supplements I should take. How much potassium is required and when should I take it. I know I need 3-5 grams of taurine but what time is it best to use (bedtime, split throughout the day, etc). I got some milk thistle too but not sure if it’s that necessary. Thanks in advance for any help.
