8 oz. Chicken Breast, Turkey, Fish, Lean Pork (tenderloin)
2 cups of vegetables
NEED A BETTER COMPLEX CARB HERE AS WELL
Meal #6:
5 egg whites + 5 oz. turkey
½ cup of vegs
YOU NEED A SLOW DIGESTING CARB, AS EGG WHITES ARE FAST ABSORBING.
