well try this one, do 250mgs(1cc) in each quad on top (like you would with insulin) at the same time and tell me how you feel the next morning or the day after that. on the pain scale, ill say sus is a 9 for me, and will never touch it again. thank god i was on unemployment for most of my cycle of that crap or i would have had to call out of work every mon and tuesday, and i was shooting on sundays..... nope sus sucks lol, all i got was great strength gains, and there is easier ways of getting that result that doesnt hurt half as bad
