first cycle

this is going to be my first cycle and i know a lot of guys out recommend using a test to start but i like to know what u think of this
deca 300mg/week for 8 weeks
dbol 20mg/day for four weeks
nolvadex 20mg/day weeks 4-10

20 years old 5'10" 195 13% bf

looking to be 220 with 10%bf

Bro, you need to research....first of all its really important you have test with any cycle, second, especially with deca or good luck geting up. Ad test e or cyp at 400/wk for 10 weeks and run the nolva 1-10 ending with correct pct.

i was just like you when i was a newbie and i got yelled at quite a bit bro.........test, test, test, you gotta have it. If you had done your research you would know that deca/dbol is gonna shut you down hardcore.......for a first timer, add test E at 400mg/week. Also, run the nolva throughout, don't start it on week 4........last but not least.....pct, you're gonna need it to bro.......just make sure you do a lot of research before you start this cycle and have your diet/training down

been doing most of my research on anabolic review profiles. they seem to tell novices to stay away from tests there first go. been looking around and seeing more and more peole sayijg running test e to start is the way to go. ar profiles makes u think that a dbol deca cycle is perfect for the first timer

week 12-14 pct

Bro - your last cycle looks good - but just stick with test if you have never used before and up Test E dosage to 400mg a week. The reason being if you have some sides you don't like or can't tolerate - how do you know if it is the DBol or the Test - you can't be sure how your body will react. BTW Test Dbol was my first cycle with Dbol at 30mg ED weeks 1-4

At your weight I would increase the test to 400mgs per week and increase the dbol to 25 maybe 30 depending on how you handle night sweats

thanx power lifter. gonna up the dosage and cut out the d bol this time around. what u said about side effcts make a lot of sense.

i dont really like the idea of night sweats which is why i was aiming at a lower dosage. thought i would be good to get me going but i would lay off of it once the test e started to kick in.

please give me advice on ne thing else i should take ptc. i will be taking nol. would rather keep away from other things as i would like to keep this first cycle simple but if needed will do
