    CARDIO twice a day?

On Non-Weight Training days would it be O.K. to do cardio in the A.M. and again in the P.M. or would this be too much? I am following the sticky cutting plan and trying to maximize fat loss. I am curently just doing a brisk walk at an Incline within my target heart range.

    Thanks in advance!

im sure a read in one of Swole's posts when getting ready for pics he used cardio twice a day - but then he had all his meals/macro's planned around this. SC was this right?

I do cardio splits when cutting up 3 days a week. The other 2 I do single sessions. I love the results I've gotten from it. Just make sure to split it up. For example don't do splits Monday and Tuesday. I was doing Monday,Thursday, and Sunday...

Elliot and Daman, Do you feel really fatigued by the end of the week doing it twice a day 3 times a week? Just wondering if you thought it hurt your intensity with the weights or not. Thanks for you help.

I generally coincide my cardio splits with parts of my body that wont be hindered as much. I notice that as long as I compensate with eating more, that I don't get much fatigue.

Yes, I do this before shows, and today in fact I am doing it again as I'll be takin' pics in about a week or so....(not show type quality rippedness, just updates for the site).

You have to know your body very well, as this will kick your (__!__) for extended weeks on end.

Alot of bodybuilders tend to do 2 a days three days a week about a 4-6 weeks. But no longer than a month because it can really effect catabolism.
