How to use insulin ?

Hi. I have been asking some friends questions about how long period you can use insulin. I have had so many diffrend ansvers so I want to post this question here.

For how long can a person use insulin in one cycle without any heavy risks?

I'd say no more than 30 days straight, but you can stretch it a bit more if you only use it on workout days.
