Fina "magic solution" can evaporate???

I received my first fina kit. I immediately stored it under my bed. It is in a cool dark place. I took my first look at it today, plan to start converting tomorrow. Can the "magic solution" evaporate. It seems like so little compared to the oil. Im no fina expert but it just doesnt look right. Can someone please elaborate as to whether or not this is the way it should be. Its a 4g kit, and it seems like 1/10 the amount compared to the oil. Just want to make sure before I proceed.

Its only 4-5% of the total solution.

As long as you didnt remove the stopper it cant evaporate and depending on the kit that you ordered it is the amount needed to dissolve the pellets.

It isn't easy for ba to evaporate. It isn't a problem. There is always a lot more oil. Trust me you wouldn't want a lot of ba or it would hurt like hell.
