So this is me, I'm 6'1 and 220lbs as of today guessing im floating around 15% Bf, did I mention I'm Jamaican cause of me dreads man.
Im O naturale just been doing fullbody workouts 2-3 times a week, cardio when I feel like running somewhere far away then taking forever walking my ass back home, taking me vitamins, eating decent,
So i'm here to learn a cycle or 2 or 3 get to 270lbs. Cut the fat then just be happy with whatever I look like then.
