    Smile What 2 stack w/winstol-depot to lean out???

    I'm 35, 5'8", 200# and getting ready to start my first cycle ever... I have my Winny, but want to do this the right way and not lose any ground on my training. My diet is sound 200 gm/dayof protein... Bro's can you help a brotha out....

    if you weigh 100lbs 200 grams of protein is fine..hows the rest of your diet?
    how bout running test for your first cycle

    use test prop along w/ winny
    Week 1-8 Test prop 75mgs ed
    Week 3-8 winny 50mgs ed
    Clomid 3 days out.

    Can always use t3 or clen to help you along...

    for first cycle ever?
    ed injections may be a bit much and i dont think T3 would be a good idea yet.

    Alot of ppl use fina etc for their first cycles. ...he's probably going to be shooting the winny anyway ed so I don't see why using test prop along w/ it would be a problem.
    Test prop is way better then enth or cyp when your trying to cut...

    Thanks Bro for the input, so I should up my protein intake to 450 gm/ day. As for the rest of my diet 900 gm/day of carbs and total calories of 2700/ day. Am I leaving something out?

    So you think I should start out with test and then work in the winny? I'm go injectables on everything to get sound results, I'm focused and dedicated to my goals. Now is this going to be too much for my first cycle or is this going to jump start me?

    winny is going to completly shut down your natural production of testosterone and will regret not including it in your stack. The brothers are right maybe you should try a test only cycle first to see how your body will react to injectibles. anyways, i understand that you want to lean up but if you increase your lean muscle mass your going to find that youll end up more cut than you think. if at the end your still not satisfied then at the end of the test run clen two on two off to cut up as well as preserve some of that new found muscle

    Def. up your calories, the protein issue seems more of an opinion than anything. I would get atleast 1g /lb of bodyweight.
