l-carnitine dosage???

hey guys, right now i am taking an ECA and i want to add some l-carnitine to it. WHat should i dosage be and when should i take it, i have 250mg tabs of the l-carntine. . .should i take it on an empty stomch with my ECA???? alot of questions i know but all help is welcome thanks

The acetyalated version is far better, really good price at BAC. Some consider it in the same catergory as those "smart drugs".

500-1000mgs is a good dosage, anything else I think is a waste. I usually take 500mg 3 x's per day

I´d take more,about 2-2.5gr do a good job,to little seems to me a waste of money,although it might be beneficial.You can go up to 3-4gr,which will do better,if you can afford it.

I would border in between abstrack and NewBreed. I would say 1g-3g's spaced out throughout the day would be best.

Agree with daman, I use 3-4 grams pd myself. You can get around six weeks worth of 500mg ALCAR caps for $17-$18.
