Need Help ASAP..NOLVADEX...

Guys im in a quick hurry and im going to school in about 20 minutes, i need to know what is the ideal time to take nolvadex...should it be on an empty stomach?? also...what time should i take the 20 mg..or should i split the dosage in 10 mg????

i just take all 20mgs soon as i wake up before breafast with alot of water, that liquid crap tastes like the inside of a dead cat with everclear in it

I find nolvadex makes my stomach feel wierd and makes me kinda tired even. I started taking it at night with a protien shake and everythings good so far!
