Heres 2 pics of me as of 2 nights ago. Im at 228 and around 10%bf... my contests arent scheduled until the end of sept. and the beginning of oct. , but im going to get to about 6% and maintain till 4 weeks out and drop 2-3% more BF. Crituque away.

ya ill try out the light heavies this season. hehe.. ya swole its the camera, it was a
30$ webcam. And LM1332, chest has always been a little behind for me, but ive busted it up this year and its really filled out, but my shoulders really dominate my upper body, making my chest seem smaller.

Other than the chest (my personal flaw as well) you look great. It seems if your a leg guy the chest hates to grow and if your a chest guy you a havent any legs and then the guys that have both I hate you
