Inhibiting gynecomastia

So 8 years ago as a college student I was introduced to a prohormone that I took for one full cycle. Being young and ignorant I did not take a PCT. Long story short, I ended up with a small knot under my right nip. Of course it’s gyno. After a couple years of not taking anything the knot shrunk and the dull pain went away. Fast worward a couple years I hear about these new great supplements called SARMS that do not affect hormones. I try one and I’m pretty sure it’s laced with prohormone because the knot under my nip came right back. So I ran a PCT. The knot didn’t grow anymore after that but hasnt shrunk since then either. Can’t get surgery right now but plan to in the future.

What can I take to inhibit any further damage or to possibly shrink what’s there? I’ve seen where many claim to take Nolva and in some cases it has worked in shriking the lumps. Where the hell do I find this stuff??

Raloxifene @ 60mgs daily or Nolva @ 20 mgs. It can take a while to show results. That said if the knot is hard and fibrous the serms aren't going to be much help to you. If you are gyno prone and run anything in the future I'd suggest taking low dose Nolva (10 mgs) with every future endeavor.
