i shot fina 3 days ago in my delt .. and right after i did there was a lump .. well not a lump it just looked like the particular muscle that i hit in my delt was swollen .. when i lift my shoulder it aprear and when it is resting on something it not there soo i am sure its just the muscle .. is this normal does or should i be worried? it does hurt that bad kidna sore still ?

thats just the oil man.. its only bad if its puffs up turns red hurts like all hell and throbs then its infected, otherwise your fine
