Organon Yellow Top Deca, Real or Fake?

Hey bros,
I just got new Organon Deca from a new source, I don't know much about him, but the yellow top spins if you try to spin it. I read somewhere that if the top spins then it might be fake? Any ideas? I checked some pictures and the expiry date and lot # matched a picture. Let me know if anybody has any idea. Thanks
