Thread: Meal spacing question

    Meal spacing question

i typically space my meals apart 3hrs or so except for pwo to ppwo. However after reading the importance of a bedtime meal of pro/fat i have started to incorporate that meal in my diet. My only problem is my bedtime meal sometimes falls only 2hrs after the previous meal. So my question is basically is it bad to space out meals only 2hrs apart? or does it matter on the kcals of the meal. My 2nd last meal usually has about 380kcals in it on a training day. Does this pose a problem?

I'd say it depends on the size of the meal....

I have always spaced meals 2 hours apart w/ no problems at all. Just make sure yoru meals are smaller and you'll be fine.
