alright first question. isolate protein or just regular whey while on creatine? I havent tried isolate yet. is there that big of a difference between the two and is it worth the double price?
and secondly San v12 or Swole v2? v12 is like 20 bucks more is it worth the extra bucks or is it the same dam thing?
