Hello From over 30 Newbie

As an over 30 Newbie (36 to be exact) just wanted to introduce myself and say hello. Hope to learn alot from the experience from members in my age group...a little about me.....36 5'2 120 major fear of needles researching for 1st cycle and getting the courage to self inject....while im researching for 1st cycle, Im taking 20MG daily of oxandrin which has really worked well for me to "build a base" hoping to gain more mass and get ripped not expecting anything instant but looking forward to the journey

I always try to use the smallest gauge one for the job. You'll get over it.

If you are married or have a girlfriend introduce them to the world of injections it will help you rotate injection spots to avoid scare tissue buildup.

Welcome aboard. You get used to the needle idea. Sometimes they hurt a little, sometimes you don't even feel it. When you get over the fear of getting a needle, it's all gravy.
