    flax

    What are the disadvantages (if any) to flaxseed oil softgels as opposed to the liquid ? So much cheaper then the liquid.

    I beleive it takes like 14 of the softgels to equal 1 tbs of the liquid.

    That's right. I'm not sure it's actually cheaper if you figure out the grams of EFA in each.
