    Question Prices and Scammers

    Ok guys, i'm obviously new to the gear game, and dont have much in the line of connections. I been talkin to some guy in canada, and ordered small samples, as i also did from a web site, so if i get ripped off, its not as big a deal. I was wondering if $8 for 1 amp test enan. is a decent price? or $14 for 1amp deca?
