Eat more, take in more protein, steroids... There are alot of ways to help yourself gain muscle, but it all comes down to how bad you want it and what risks your willing to take to get it.

Your not even supposed to be on here. LOL. Stick with eating alot and alot of protein and training hard, creatine is a good start for supplements outside of protein.

Ive used Serious Mass on and off for a while and I like it. You gotta work out though and dont forget to eat LOTS of good food. Supplement your food intake with Serios Mass, dont rely on it alone. Also, there is not enough creatine in it so you need to take it separately. But I dont know if you should even mess with creatine if your 16. Creatine is basically harmless, but you never know. Dont start messing with prohormones or gear either at this age. You should have a lot of testosterone pumpin through your veins naturally right about now so take advantage of it. By the way, try not to spill Serious Mass on your counter top after you mix it up or you will need a jack hammer to get if off after it dries. Good luck dood.

Age is just a number bro. Just keep it low low and say 18 from now on. As far as gaining mass the best thing you can do at your age is hGH. I don't mean supplemental GH I mean exercises / supplements that induce hGH release. If you start powerlifting now at your age you will have a serious base by the time you are of good age to begin using AS. Stick to deads / squats / powercleans etc. Multi, Protein, Glutamine, Creatine, and food. Keep it simple and lift heavy bro...any specific questions don't hesitate to ask.

I agree with hooligan, Start benching, squating, deadlifting and doing barbell rows as your base exercises. They release the most hgh naturally.
