I just stopped my cutting diet cycle and now I want to gain again muscle,I'm about to begin a tren/winny/prop/GH cycle for 12 weeks but I'm afraid eating too much and taking the fat I lost.
What should be my diet to optimize the muscle gain without taking all the fat I lost in the cutting cycle (now I'm 200 pounds for 14% body fat level)?How many calories do u advice for my weight?
