I have been out of my routine for about 8 months now, and decided that today was the day to start up again. I was gonna ease into it with some light cardio. I went to the high school down the street where they have bleachers. I sterted out with a mile jog and I was feeling great. I followed it up with 2 stadiums and was feeling even better. I should have quit there. On my third one about half way through, my stomach started to rumble. One more stair I said. I really should learn when to quit. I really shouldnt have made that Carizo and eggs for breakfastIt came up really easy though
Right now Im all uneasy and the screen is blurry lol. Im gonna go lay down.
