I love working out at home some days so I can crank up my XM radio. They have a new channel - Fungus 53 - it's all punk and it kicks ass!!

We're high-jacking Cannons thread but mp3 player hands down, no skipping and you just throw it on random, not to mention mine is only 2 ounces and is super small. It can hold up to 400 songs with a extra memory card. I love it!!

I have the RCA Lyra, it comes with 128 megabites (memory) that you can expand using a memory card and a fm radio. It's tiny too, you hardly realize your carrying it.

    Cool

Metallica Load! Aint my Bitch, 2x4 and the House that Jack Built. That song always makes me think of taking gear and getting huge, listen to the lyrics and you'll know why! Get this album and you'll never want another workout album ever again! Metallica - LOAD!

Old Metalica, Lamb of god *great to work out to*, Bad luck 13 *another great band to listen to* Ringworm and Hatebreed also work good for me.

If I forget my cd's at the gym.. I turn around and go home.. I HATE the music they play at the gym.
If your searching for MP3's try some underground stuff.. Irate, BL13, Blood In Blood Out, Billyclub Sandwich..
    all good bands
