ok, try to explain...
i am doing my clen / eca "2on-2off" and this morning i took my 8 x 20mcg tabs (im in the middle of wk 2 of second clen cycle)... but today i feel like sh... u know, tired, lazy, bored!
but i have to go to the gym coz is leg day and this make me even more "lazy"....
ill be at the gym in 1h30mins, and i was thinkin, just for today... just to "find" the mental attitude i need to kill my legs, to take eph/caff/yohim before that workout otherwise i think im going to do things in a bad way...
is this unsafe or will it compromise my clen effects?
