    workout routine!?

    my cycle looks like this!

    1-13 testE 500mg/per week
    1-11 deca 500mg/per week

    i was wondering how often i should work out!?like how many times a week!?and what would b the most suitible routine!?i no everyone likes to work out different.but i jus need a brief idea!THANKS ALOT!

    First drop the deca down to 400 or 300... keep test higher and second post in workout forum, you will prob get better replys

    do you belong to a gym?? Try the workout forum. Without knowing some more info only general guideline can be given. Work 2 muscell groups till failure........

    What is your training experience, etc. Keep the Deca at 400mg a week with the Test at 500. You should post it in the workout forum, you'll get a lot of help there.
