My anterior delt is still twitching, can anyone tell me why?

I've had this annoying twitch in my anterior delt for like 3 weeks on and off. The last time I "hit it," It was about a month ago or so. I did however notice it after a delt session about 3weeks ago. What's the deal? I'm not on any clen. I just came off t3 'bout a week and 1/2 ago.

Happens to me every once in awhile, usually the day after I do
a delt injection... Kind of annoying, but I never bothered to really
find out why it happens... My guess is maybe nicking a nerve, but
since you haven't injecting in awhile I'm not sure...
