Ok, I think I'm ready to have my currrent diet shredded My info is as follows:

    7:30 a.m. - 8 egg whites and 4 whole eggs

    9:30 a.m. - shake. 50 grams whey vanilla, 10 grms creatine, 10 grms glutamine

    11:30 a.m. - 1 ½ cups pasta and 1 40 grm chicken breast

1:30 p. m. - 12 oz lean ground beef and 2 tbsp natural peanut butter

    4:00 - Workout

5:15 - PWO 100grms carbs in 50-50 dextrose/maltodextrin form, 50 grms of whey protein, 10 grms glutamine, 10 grms creatine.

6:30 - PPWO 1 ½ cups of brown rice, and 1 40 gm chicken breast.

8:00 - Can of tuna(32.5 grms protein) and ½ cups almonds.

I think I need to throw some flax oil in somewhere, but am not sure. Thanks.

p.s. Should I have a shake w/flax right before bed

CARDIO???? 45-60 MINS ON EMPTY STOMACH KEEPING HR BETWEEN 65-75%
    5:00 a.m. - 1 ½ cups of oats, banana, 50 grams vanilla whey.
FIRST MEAL AFTER CARDIO SHOULD BE PRO FAT TO CONTINUE LYPOSIS
    7:30 a.m. - 8 egg whites and 4 whole eggs
    GOOD
    9:30 a.m. - shake. 50 grams whey vanilla, 10 grms creatine, 10 grms glutamine
NEED A FAT HERE. .ALSO GLUTAMINE IS A WASTE THERE IS PLENTY OF IT IN YOUR WHEY. AND WHY CREATINE SO EARLY??? 5 GRAMS B4 LIFT 5 GRAMS AFTER, NETHING MORE AND YOUR PISSING IT OUT. I DONT CARE WHAT CELLTECH SAYS

    11:30 a.m. - 1 ½ cups pasta and 1 40 grm chicken breast
    MAKE THIS PRO/FAT

1:30 p. m. - 12 oz lean ground beef and 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
OK, BUT THATS ALOT OF FAT, DROP THE PB

    4:00 - Workout

5:15 - PWO 100grms carbs in 50-50 dextrose/maltodextrin form, 50 grms of whey protein, 10 grms glutamine, 10 grms creatine.
SHAKE IS GOOD. BUT RECALL WHAT I SAID B4 ABOUT GLUT AND CREATINE

6:30 - PPWO 1 ½ cups of brown rice, and 1 40 gm chicken breast.
THAT SOUNDS LIKE ALOT OF CARBS BRO, MAYBE CUT DOWN THE RICE TO 1/2 CUP-1CUP

8:00 - Can of tuna(32.5 grms protein) and ½ cups almonds.
    GOOD

I think I need to throw some flax oil in somewhere, but am not sure. Thanks.
YOU DONT NEED THIS IF YOU GO TO BEED AROUND 9. IF YOUR GOING TO SLEEP AROUND 10 OR SO THEY THROW IN THE WHEY AND FLAX

p.s. Should I have a shake w/flax right before bed

CARDIO - Have not been doing any, cause I would have to get up at 2:30 to get it in and still make it to work by 6:00. I need to find an alternative, but have not as of this post. Doing it in the evenings is useless as far as I'm concerned. (If not doing cardio, can I still use re-vampted diet below??)

    5:00 a.m. - 50 grms whey and some flax

    7:30 a.m. - 8 egg whites and 4 whole eggs

9:30 - Can of tuna(32.5 grms protein) and ½ cup almonds.

11:30 - 40 grm chicken breast and 2 tbl spuzn of nat peanut butter.

    1:30 - 12 oz lean ground beef

    4:00 - Workout( 5grm creatine rite before)

    5:15 - PWO 100grms carbs in 50-50 dextrose/maltodextrin form, 50 grms of whey protein, 5grms creatine.

    6:30 - PPWO 1/2 - 1 cup of brown rice, and 1 40 gm chicken breast.

8:00 - Can of tuna(32.5 grms protein) and ½ cups almonds.

How does it look now?? Thanks.

solid bro. onbe thing though. if it really is impossible to get the cardio in that early then make the first meal pro/carb like you had it, other then that looks great, happy cutting.

Nah, I meant I wanted my diet to be shredded, cause I kinda knew it was not rite.

so my first meal is: 5:00 a.m. - 1 ½ cups of oats, banana, 50 grams vanilla whey.

Do I still need to do the cardio, while I'm bulking
