i finally start my first cycle next week. running test e and d-bol 10mg. quick question tho...how should i take the d-bol??? i was thinking once at lunch, then another b4 workout, then another with dinner?? is this right?

p.s.: chew or swallow the d-bols? ive also heard of crushing them into powder, but i dunno. thanks again.
