    How often do you guys cheat? What do you eat on your cheat days?

    I cheat every 10-12 days, I still eat pretty clean though on my cheat days. I just enjoy things I usually can't eat..

    7 days for me. i do half cheat days usually 3 clean in the mornings and 3 junkers at night and a pro/fat meal before i go to bed.

    I cheat.......6 Meals a day / 7 days a week / 365 days a year and **** proud of it !! I just use DNP year round and I maintain about 4.5% bodyfat

    i usually cheat once a week on sundays. all il have is a bottle of scotch, couple of vodka shots, couple of kegs of beer, pack of cigarettes and some spicy pork rind!

    every 7th day i cheat...but i also treat it as a carb up day also so all meals have atleast 50g's of carbs
